Which rooms have JACUZZI?
All rooms have access to the jacuzzi, but it is booked privately, it is on the rooftop of the hotel surrounded by mountains.
Can the JACUZZI be used in winter?
You can use it all year round. The choice is yours.
IS THE JACUZZI in a common area? Is it paid?
The Jacuzzi is located in a common area that is the roof, but it can only be used with prior reservation. It is a service that consists of 2 hours of privacy on the roof-top, free use of the Jacuzzi and loan of bathrobes, bluetooh speaker and bath slippers. It has a cost of € 50 two people The hours of use, is from 10 in the morning, until 12 at night, and its temperature reaches 37ºC.
How do I book the JACUZZI?
You can add it to your room during the booking process.
You can also book it once at the hotel, but you run the risk that the time slot you want is already full.
Will we have enough privacy?
Yes, Mardenit is for adults only and has very few rooms. There are no noisy corridors or uncomfortable shared spaces. Each room has its own private space (some with a terrace), and everything is designed so that you don't have to see or hear anyone if you don't feel like it.
I don't know the area... is it worth going?
It depends on what you are looking for. If you are attracted to mass tourism, this is not the place for you. But if you value villages with soul, peaceful landscapes, good local produce and places that still retain their natural rhythm, then Orba - and the whole of the inland Marina Alta - may be one of those secrets you'd rather not tell.

What if I get bored?
You will only get bored if you want to. You can go hiking, wine tasting, cycle touring with electric bikes, beekeeping, stroll along simple routes through orange groves, discover hidden beaches or simply do nothing at all. Here we do not impose plans. We only suggest them, if you feel like it.
It makes me lazy to plan everything...
You don't have to. We have closed thematic getaways such as romantic ("Romantica Deluxe") and gastronomic ("Delicat" and "Celebra la Marina") with everything prepared.
We can also suggest itineraries for your stay, without complications.
You just tell me how you want to feel. We take care of the rest.

What kind of RATES do you have?
Accommodation only / Bed and breakfast / Non-refundable.
In addition, you can add the private jacuzzi, hotel dinners (on weekends) and other services that you can find during the booking process.
We also offer experiences, to enjoy yourself or to give as a gift.
What happens if I cancel my RESERVATION?
Cancellation will be free of charge as long as you cancel one week before your arrival.
If you do it during that last week you will lose the 50% deposit.

What is a Non-Refundable / Refundable Rate?
These are rates that are paid at the time of making the reservation with the credit card that you provide, without the possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no amount will be refunded
When do I have to pay for my reservation?
When making the reservation through this website, you will be asked for a 50% advance on the total reservation. It must be paid with your credit card following the new regulations established since January 2021 PSD2, double authentication of secure payment. The rest of the payment will be made directly at the hotel.

Can I book half board?
You can hire breakfast and half board services exclusively for guests who are staying.
The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant open to the public. Only for hosted customers.
The price of breakfast is €15, and dinner is €35, per person.
Our breakfast and dinner are homemade with local products, and at least 70% with a certified ecological seal.
What is your BREAKFAST?
It is served at the table and structured as a menu. Every day is different and is adapted to the season.
It includes: natural Juice, organic fruit, local cheese and sausage, homemade cakes, also toasts with olive oil, butter and tomato, homemade jam, and coffee to taste.
Are there RESTAURANTS available in the area?
The most complicated day is probably Monday, but even so there are offers, the rest of the days you will be able to find a variety of offers without having to travel.
Once you have booked, I will advise you on the places that best suit your tastes.

What time can I enter in the hotel and what time do I have to leave?
The official time of entry to the hotel will be from 1 p.m.
The rooms must be vacated before 12 a.m.
PETS are allowed?
We allow pets, on request and with a supplement of €10 per night and pet.
Are CHILDREN allowed?
Our hotel is an adults only hotel, and most of our guests are couples with children who come to disconnect.
On some occasions you have asked us to come as a family, in this case we accept guests over 12 years of age.
Please note: We do not have extra beds or triple beds. All our rooms are double rooms.
Does the Hotel have WiFi? Is it paid or free?
The hotel has Fiber WiFi, both in the rooms and on the rooftop with a Jacuzzi. It is free, during CheckIn we will provide it to you.
Do you have outdoor or indoor parking?
At 50 meters from the hotel you will find an outdoor public parking. The indoor parking is paid 15€ p day.
I have seen online your PRICE cheaper in other channels like Booking, Expedia... Do I contract directly with them?
The rates you see on other channels are for accommodation only, do not include breakfast, and have a price always higher than on our website, up to 15%.
That said, you are free to book wherever you like.
The PRICE seems high to me, would you apply a discount, or do you have an offer?
If this is what you think, you are right and it makes no sense to book at Mardenit.
If you are looking for price, you will surely find cheaper places.
I have doubts because I don't know if this hotel is for me.
