IS THE JACUZZI in a common area? Is it paid?

The Jacuzzi is located in a common area that is the roof, but it can only be used with prior reservation. It is a service that consists of 2 hours of privacy on the roof-top, free use of the Jacuzzi and loan of bathrobes, bluetooh speaker and bath slippers. It has a cost of € 50 two people The hours of use, is from 10 in the morning, until 12 at night, and its temperature reaches 37ºC.

When do I have to pay for my reservation?

When making the reservation through this website, you will be asked for a 50% advance on the total reservation. It must be paid with your credit card following the new regulations established since January 2021 PSD2, double authentication of secure payment. The rest of the payment will be made directly at the hotel.

What is a Non-Refundable / Refundable Rate?

These are rates that are paid at the time of making the reservation with the credit card that you provide, without the possibility of modification or cancellation. Once the reservation is confirmed, no amount will be refunded

Can I book half board?

• You can hire breakfast and half board services exclusively for guests who are staying.

• The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant open to the public. Only for hosted customers. 

• The price of breakfast is €12, and dinner is €32, per person.

• Our breakfast and dinner are homemade with local products, and at least 70% with a certified ecological seal.

What time can I enter in the hotel and what time do I have to leave?

The official time of entry to the hotel will be from 1 p.m.
The rooms must be vacated before 12 a.m.

Pets are allowed?

We allow pets, on request and with a supplement of €10 per night and pet.

Does the Hotel have WiFi? Is it paid or free?

The hotel has Fiber WiFi, both in the rooms and on the rooftop with a Jacuzzi. It is free, during CheckIn we will provide it to you.

Do you have outdoor or indoor parking?

At 100 meters from the hotel you will find an outdoor public parking. The indoor parking is paid and is 50 meters away
