El Cascall are a group of olive, almond and orange tree fields surrounding the Riu Girona. The appearance of rosemary and all kinds of aromatic herbs brings us closer to the mountain’s refuge. Cascall is also a name used for a plant known since Greek and Roman times. Its scientific name is poppy flower, which helps to sleep.
