This experience is a delight for the explorers of the authentic, with the least impact on nature. It includes dining at an exceptional restaurant, Puro KM0, a market kitchen style featuring a re-elaboration of the traditional and most forgotten gastronomy of the Marina Alta. The kitchen is under the direction of Julio Vargas, known for his career with Miquel Ruiz in La Seu (2 Michelin stars). Paired with this adventure is a very special visit to the Celler de Joan; a young, professional, and organic winery; its philosophy: "To give the most with the minimum impact", and in short, a privilege within the reach of very few.

It includes:

  • 2 Nights with breakfast Mardenit in a superior double room (Possibility of service in private terrace) + Welcome Mardenit (Welcome wine glass)
